Print Title - "Bankers'
Row "
This sweeping photo was made from under the pillars
of the Chester County Court House at precisely 5 p.m. when the lights
automatically went on at the banks across the street on High Street. A
light snow was falling, it was a Sunday in March of l992 and there were
no cars to mess up the picture. High Street was so named because it is
the highest point at 486 feet in West Chester, Pa.
